On-site Consults are FREE! – we will come to your home or office to access the site and provide a customized cleaning service package.
Cleaning Schedules are weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time. We offer daily cleaning for commercial sites.
The cleaning frequency selected and listed on the signed contract can not be revised until the contract end date. Return or frequent clients are subject to additional fees if cleaning is excessive—outside of normal habits resulting from large parties, family gatherings, etc.
Appointment Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Scheduled appointments are reserved just for you! Any change in your scheduled appointment time affects other clients!
Deposits are required prior to securing an appointment date and time. All Clients are required to make a $150.00 non-refundable deposit to secure all appointments. The $150.00 non-refundable deposit is applied to your selected cleaning schedule but is not refundable.
In the event the Client does not adhere to the cancellation policy, the $150.00 deposit will be forfeited and another $150.00 deposit must be made before securing another appointment. Otherwise, the non-refundable deposit will be held as a credit towards a future appointment (within 2 months).
The $150.00 deposit does not guarantee service; the client must adhere to all Skinny Minny, Inc. policies.
Payments (minus deposit) are collected at the time of service or can be pre-paid up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
We accept cash, money orders, credit/debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Clients who double-book Skinny Minny, Inc. cleaning engineers with other vendors (i.e. the plumber) and/or do not have ALL utilities (water, gas, electricity) on and operable WILL NOT be serviced. If Skinny Minny, Inc. cleaning engineers arrive at the site /location to be cleaned and (1) we have been double-booked and/or (2) any utility is not on and operable, the site WILL NOT be serviced yet payment is due, in full! Double-booking delays our service and interferes with other Clients' scheduled appointments. Utilities that are off and inoperable make it difficult, if not impossible to provide a Skinny Minny, Inc. type of cleaning.

Skinny Minny, Inc. does not wash walls or wash clothes. Skinny Minny’s Cleaning Engineers will not operate appliances i.e., dishwashers, washing machines, etc. We ask all Clients to put away all pets, valuables, and personal items (i.e., money, rings, personal hygiene items, medications, etc.) before your scheduled appointment. Failure to comply with the policies listed or any policies in your contract will result in client warnings and possible contract termination.

Skinny Minny, Inc. Cleaning Service is committed to delivering reliable and professional cleaning services while upholding the highest standards of integrity and accountability. To protect both our clients and our company, we establish this policy regarding non-responsibility for appliance damages.
We are not responsible for damages to any appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, ovens, and other devices on the client's premises during our cleaning services.

This includes the following and etc,
1 Worn-out seals on refrigerator doors.
2. Gradual fading or scratching of stove knobs.
3. Degradation of washing machine hoses.
4. Yellowing of plastic components (like microwaves or coffee makers).
5. Limescale buildup in coffee makers.
6. Wear on vacuum cleaner brushes.
7. Dimming of indicator lights.
Our services focus on cleaning, dusting, sanitizing, and organizing. We do not perform maintenance, repairs, or alterations on appliances.
Clients should inform us of any pre-existing issues or malfunctions in their appliances before our service, but failure to do so does not make us liable for damages.
Here's for the Maximum Hour Policy
- We encourage you to take time and read our email about our free estimate as all details about our services are in there including the estimated prices based on the square footage of your home.
- We normally send 2 or 3 professional cleaners depending on the size of your home.
- In the event that we exceed the maximum hours, below is the additional rate per hour:
- $80 for two cleaners assigned
- $100 for three cleaners assigned.

No worries, we will notify you if there's a need for an extra hour(s) to clean your home and we will get your consent if you want us to proceed as this will be an extra charge as mentioned above.
Take note that the final cleaning fee will be provided to you by our cleaners on the day of your scheduled appointment. They will complete a walkthrough with you and will assess the cleaning needs of your home.
The full amount of the service has to be paid on the day of the appointment before the cleaner starts.

If you are unavailable or fail to provide access, a No Show Fee of $150 will apply.
Lockouts:
If we can't access your property, a Lockout Fee of $150 will be charged.
Rescheduling:
Provide at least 48 hours' notice. A Late Rescheduling Fee of $150 applies for less than 48 hours' notice.

Repeated violations may result in additional fees or suspension of service.
